Many are currently utilizing the RB37* which is available from Amazon here. 

*Please note there are mixed reviews for the blue tooth functionality/ear-piece.

The Retevis mini (RT-18) model is the predominantly used radio and compatible with most including the RB37 (listed above).

Additionally, the RB-45 model is compatible with the above on channels 1-4, and come with a better belt clip.
